Hi, I’m Shonda G.
I’m an Ayurveda Practitioner with a Master of Science in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine, and a deep interest in the connection between mind, body, and breath. I hold a Master of Arts in Philosophy with a focus on Eastern philosophy and mindfulness, and have taught as an adjunct lecturer at Oklahoma State University, Northern Oklahoma College, and Tulsa Community College. My clinical training includes time at the renowned Sreedhareeyam Ayurvedic Eye Hospital in Kerala, India, and I bring over a decade of experience as a Personal Trainer, Health and Wellness Coach, and Pilates Instructor. I create personalized, holistic programs that integrate movement, mindfulness, and Ayurvedic principles to help others find balance and peace of mind.
My Approach
I take a holistic, personalized approach to health that integrates Ayurveda, mindful movement, and modern science. My work is informed by research on the gut-brain axis and behavior change, and rooted in the belief that true well-being begins with balance—within the body, the mind, and daily life.
